Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, unless stated otherwise.
Packages are generally dispatched within an average time of 1-3 working days after receipt of payment and processing is completed, however dispatch time may differ at busy seasons such as sale season, holidays, Festivals season etc..
All packages will be shipped in registered post and we will provide you a tracking number, with no exceptions.

Your order must be returned at buyers charge either by securely placing it back in the packaging it was sent in with your address crossed out and the returns label or written address highlighted.
